Starting 2011 with a good habits: Food, Exercise and Money

This is the time of year that EVERYONE is thinking about diet, exercise and money ( ohh maybe the cha-ching part is just me :-) . As technology has grown people have become a bit less active and possibly more inclined to eat in a less healthy manner than we should.
